OOTD o1.14.16

Today was just one of those days. I rolled out of bed a little later than usual and I just felt "off". I partially fixed the issue by putting on my some lipstick and listening to my favorite opera. (Turnabout by Puccini for the record.) Nothing quite like one soprano screaming about another soprano to a tenor in Italian for two  hours. Okay okay, I'll be honest-- I watched it twice so it was more like four hours. XD. I perked up and then realized it was 1 pm already.Time definitely ran away from me. I did some work for my couponing channel and headed out to my rehearsal with my accompanist. It was a brisk 40 degrees, which was a welcome warmth unlike the past few days. I realized that I am quickly becoming a true Chicagoan when 40 is a warm climate. By the time I returned home, the warm temperature disappeared with the sun. I became frantic because I had not recorded anything for the blog. As usual, my cool headed husband calmed me down and suggested we use the stair case behind our apartment. That way we could get some different poses and I could finally play with lighting on my face. He was right. Every picture looked different from the next picture. I edited nothing so you guys are getting the raw footage (wrinkles and all.) Anyone who knows me knows how huge this is for me. I hardly take pictures, let alone share them. I chose to keep it "raw" because I saw the inherit beauty in each of them and I really liked the new blush I tried today. What can I say? Today was a good day.
